Wedding Day - Mr & Mrs Edwards

Having known the bride for many years and photographing her family, extended family and friends many times, it was lovely to be asked to capture her special day too.


Arriving in a beautiful classic car, the bride looked stunning. The ceremony took place at All Saints Church, Castlefields, Shrewsbury in front of family and friends. A lovely church nestled in the middle of a residential estate and Father James was very relaxed about photography, unlike a lot of other churches I was granted free rein for taking photos.


After having a few photos outside the church, including a confetti photo, the couple travelled to the near by Bagley Club, for their reception. This time travelling in a very nice retro car.


Being a warm summers day, the Bagley club was the ideal venue with plenty of outdoor space and cooler inside space for guest to relax and socialise. The inside is also very light and airy so perfect for photos.


I wasn't there for the whole day so we did a mock cake cutting for photos and after getting all the requested group photos I concentrated on capturing natural candid photos.
